American Red Cross Blood Drive

Program Description
The CLCE is asking CWU students to lend a hand (or a vein) to help the American Red Cross meet its blood donation needs for Central Washington. One person’s blood donation can save up to three lives. Walk-in donations will be accepted but appointments are preferred. (Quarterly)

American Red Cross Blood Drive February 25, 2015

Event Description On February 25, 2015, there will be a blood drive in SURC 137 A&B. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for approximately 70 CWU students and staff to donate.The American Red Cross (ARC) uses the donated blood to aid local hospitals, as well as hospitals around the country who experience tragedies. Most donated blood stays within Central Washington to help patients suffering from trauma, illness, and injury, while other donations will help during national emergencies. Approximately 39,000 units of blood are needed each day across the U.S, and you could be a part of fulfilling that need. Remember: one donation saves up to THREE lives. ALL DONORS MUST HAVE PHOTO ID. Come in and donate!
