  • Event Date Tuesday, May 21st from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
On Tuesday, May 21st, there will be a blood drive with the American Red Cross in SURC 137 A&B. We're also partnering with Pre-Med club, Rotaract club, and Arnold Air Society for this event.
Our goal is to provide an opportunity for approximately 50 CWU students, staff and community members to donate. The American Red Cross (ARC) uses the donated blood to aid local hospitals, as well as hospitals around the country who experience tragedies. Most donated blood stays within Central Washington to help patients suffering from trauma, illness, and injury, while other donations will help during national emergencies. Approximately 39,000 units of blood are needed each day across the U.S, and you could be a part of fulfilling that need. Remember: one donation saves up to THREE lives.
