Spring Career Fair Volunteers Needed

Event Description The 2018 CWU Career & Internship Fair recruitment is for students and alumni seeking job and internship opportunities. Companies and agencies will recruit for all academic disciplines.

Business casual or professional dress is required for all volunteers at this event.
Volunteer check-in will be in front of the SURC Ballroom

Volunteer Positions

  • Employer Assistance

    Volunteers will assist employers with unloading their displays and moving them, in carts, up to the SURC Ballroom. Business casual or professional dress is required for all volunteers at this event, but comfortable shoes are encouraged for those working Employer Assistance, since this task involves a lot of walking.

  • Event Check-in & Backpack Check

    Volunteers will assist with Backpack Check (tagging bags left during the event, finding and returning them to attendees when they leave) and the event check-in (assisting students with the swipe card system). Business casual or professional dress is required for all volunteers at this event.

  • Clean-up and Employer Assistance

    Volunteers will assist employers with loading their displays into carts and taking them downstairs to the curbside drop-off; they may also assist Career Services staff with general event clean-up. Business casual or professional dress is required for all volunteers at this event, but comfortable shoes are encouraged for those working Clean-up and Employer Assistance, as these tasks involve a lot of walking.
