I am one of the newest members of the CEC team. I am a biology major in my third year at Central. I plan on getting my doctorate. I am working at the CEC on our voting and election issues and world hunger and fair trade. The reason why I am so interested in those issues is because I have lived all over the world and in some of those places people were starving and lived in impoverished conditions. They had little access to clean water and diseases spread even more. All of that caused problems with the government and they were not allowed to vote. That is why I am working towards alleviating those issues.
