| Description | Table volunteers are needed to help with registering 200 Yakima River Clean Up volunteers the morning of October 4, 2008.
LOCATION, TIME, AND DATE OF EVENT: * Saturday, October 4, 2008 * 8:00am - 1:00pm * Meet at SURC east patio at 7:30am There are four different tables available: STEP 1: Sign up on CEC website - table volunteers need to be familiar with the CEC website. STEP 2: CEC liability - Table volunteers need to be comfortable explaining the CEC liability form. STEP 3: Volunteer application - table volunteers need to understand the volunteer application, help volunteers complete the required information and file the form alphabetically. STEP 4: Button and bus table - table volunteers will be in charge of handing out buttons to volunteers and recording which bus they will be traveling on. Table volunteers must arrive by 7:30 am to set up their table. The buses leave at 9:00 am, once the table is packed up volunteers are finished!
